Overview
The city of Wildwood, Mo. adopted the following codes:
- The Building Code of St. Louis County, Mo. (2009 IBC), as amended by Ordinance No. 24,444 (July 21, 2010). Wildwood, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.020 (adopted).
- The Residential Code of St. Louis County, Mo. (2009 IRC), as amended by Ordinance No. 24,427 (July 13, 2010). Wildwood, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.035 (adopted).
- The Existing Building Code of St. Louis County, Mo. (2009 IEBC), as amended by Ordinance No. 24,444 (July 21, 2010). Wildwood, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.037 (adopted).
- The St. Louis County Property Maintenance Code (2009 IPMC)—not including the Residential Reoccupancy Inspection Requirements (County Ordinance 24,440— adopted July 14, 2010). Wildwood, Mo. Muni. Code, § 500.110 (adopted).
